Ariadne has represented both private and public corporations in commercial litigation since 1994. She started her career at White & Case in New York City where she practiced complex commercial litigation, cross-border litigation and bankruptcy litigation. While Ariadne’s primary focus is contracts disputes, she has substantial experience in bankruptcy litigation, intellectual property litigation, and securities law, including representing broker-dealers, investment banks and research analysts in NASD and SEC proceedings. At AZA, Ariadne litigates cases involving all aspects of commercial litigation in courts across the country, including both state and federal courts in New York City.
