After moving to Houston, Ms. Robinson spent a year as in-house counsel at Baker Botts before joining Ahmad Zavitsanos & Anaipakos in late 2007. Higgins, 200 F.R.D. 265 (W.D.N.C. 2001): Ms. Robinson represented ConAgra in a breach of contract suit and obtained sanctions against the defendant including judgment in ConAgra s favor and dismissal of defendant s counterclaim. Lee v. Baxter, 147 N.C. App. 517, 556 S.E.2d 36 (N.C. App. 2001). Ms. Robinson represented Ford Motor Company in an appeal of the trial court s denial of Fords motion for summary judgment based on the claimant s violation of the statute of repose.
