Ariadne has represented both private and public corporations in commercial litigation since 1994. Since starting her career at White & Case in New York City where she practiced complex commercial litigation, cross-border litigation and bankruptcy litigation, Ariadne has focused her practice on contracts disputes and intellectual property litigation. She has substantial experience in securities law, including representing broker-dealers, investment banks and research analysts in NASD and SEC proceedings. At AZA, her practice concentrates on all aspects of commercial litigation as well as defending companies in complex employment matters.
