After law school, Scott joined the litigation section of Vinson & Elkins, LLP in Houston, Texas. He represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters as an associate at Vinson & Elkins for just over four years. Scott then started a his own firm, Bukowski & Upchurch, LLP, where he focused primarily on commercial litigation. Scott currently represents plaintiffs and defendants in both commercial and personal injury litigation, as well as executive employment matters.
