AZA partners Demetrios Anaipakos and Todd Mensing were hired by a major real estate developer based in Houston to resist efforts to have a temporary injunction entered restricting the use of prime real estate in Houston¹s downtown area. Hired on the eve of trial, Demetrios Anaipakos and Todd Mensing took over as lead counsel for Defendants in the matter.
