AZA News July 2002 AHMAD, ZAVITSANOS & ANAIPAKOS SETTLES BREACH OF CONTRACT CLAIM FOR PRESIDENT OF SOFTWARE COMPANY On July 31, 2002, the Firm settled a multi-million dollar breach of contract claim for a former President of an international software company against the software company and its venture capital partners. The Firm’s client sued his former employer and its venture capital partners for breach of contract and tortious interference with contract after the company violated his employment agreement and denied him valuable stock options.
